Today's lunch is at Miriam located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. I love Mediterranean cuisine. The atmosphere reminded me of my time in Morocco, although the restaurant specializes in Israeli cuisine there is a blend between the two cultures. Below is the Lamb Shawarma, it was delicious well marinated shredded lamb. I enjoyed the pickled taste of the cucumbers with the combination of pine nuts and lamb very interesting mix. Make sure to get the peppermint tea or coffee it's excellent. This is a great place for very small groups, brunch and lunch.; since the space is small I would never bring a large party. Also great for a date night because of the romantic vibe. If you're down in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn stop in.
